Renewed Skin is an 8-session, one-on-one online coaching program for burn survivors whose skin has healed. Together, we work on the dryness, itch, sun sensitivity, colour changes and emotional weight that can stay with you long after discharge, all from the comfort of home.

Guided by Nadia Tamara Lee, a holistic skin health expert with 25+ years of experience in skincare, professional makeup artistry, mindfulness coaching and holistic nutrition, this program cares for your skin and your mind together through the lens of psychodermatology.

What we work on together

• A gentle daily skin ritual for grafted and non-grafted skin

• Calming post-burn itch and restoring sleep

• Sun and pigment protection for every skin tone

• Nutrition that supports collagen and repair

• Professional camouflage and colour correction, if and when you choose

• Mirror work, self-compassion and confidence in social settings

• A 75-minute welcome intake and video skin assessment

• Eight private 60-minute video sessions, weekly or every other week

• Your personalized written care plan and product guide

• Live camouflage shade matching and application coaching

• Guided audio practices for itch, sleep and stress, yours to keep

• Message support between sessions

• Referrals to trauma-informed therapists and specialists when needed

Survivor rate: Burn survivors receive 50% off bringing the program to $747 CAD. A payment plan of 3 monthly payments of $259 is also available.
